Excellent customer service, quick set up of my account, and had access to my unit in a matter of minutes. Pat walked me through the set up on the phone, and the Bluetooth locks were easy to use. Would highly recommend.

I have had items stored here for a number of years with no complaints. It is easy to connect with people if you have a question, streamlined billing to remind me to pay on time :) and the unit is easily accessible.

We have been using a unit now for 8 months and are very happy with it. Pat is great to deal with. The units are very clean and dry. Easy to access even during the winter. And we got a bonus this month of a months free rent because we recommended them..nice surprise.

I’ve rented a storage unit from Freedom Self Storage at both the Boylston and Beech Hill locations. My experience with them has been fantastic. I wanted to take the time to shoutout Pat, an employee of Freedom Self Storage. He is quick to respond to any questions you may have and is always professional. He went above and beyond to help us out when we needed a unit at Christmas this year. My stored items are dry, clean and in perfect condition when I need them.

Fastest service out there! We called at noon on a Saturday and by 12:30, someone had called us back and we had our unit, instructions and all! We can text or call at any time for additional help! Incredible service! Unit was clean, dry, large, and spacious! We love it!
