We had SUCH a good experience with Pat and his team. Like the best! My partner and I moved from Toronto and it was stressful and mostly awful except for our storage experience. Cannot recommend them enough. So helpful, great rates, safe and dry, easy truck access, awesome management. Store your stuff here for sure!!

I have had items stored here for a number of years with no complaints. It is easy to connect with people if you have a question, streamlined billing to remind me to pay on time :) and the unit is easily accessible.

We have been using a unit now for 8 months and are very happy with it. Pat is great to deal with. The units are very clean and dry. Easy to access even during the winter. And we got a bonus this month of a months free rent because we recommended them..nice surprise.

I’ve rented a storage unit from Freedom Self Storage at both the Boylston and Beech Hill locations. My experience with them has been fantastic. I wanted to take the time to shoutout Pat, an employee of Freedom Self Storage. He is quick to respond to any questions you may have and is always professional. He went above and beyond to help us out when we needed a unit at Christmas this year. My stored items are dry, clean and in perfect condition when I need them.

Currently renting a unit for about 2 years now and they are amazing to deal with easy to access your unit. Never had an issue I use the Bluetooth option for my lock and I love it. The units are spacious and clean. Great job!
